If you’re traveling by car, your GPS will guide you directly to Chamois Apartments, which are located in the building where the famous Tatranská mineral water is bottled.
Free street parking is available throughout your stay, so you won’t have to worry about parking zones or paid parking lots upon arrival. Please remember to place the "Chamois Apartments Guest" parking card behind your windshield, which you will find in your apartment.

If you’re traveling without a car, getting here is very easy.
The first step is to travel to Poprad, which is served by regular train and bus connections from most Slovak cities. The advantage is that the Poprad bus station is located right next to the Poprad-Tatry train station, so transferring between modes of transportation is quick and convenient.
From Poprad, the Tatra Electric Railways (TEŽ) continues toward Starý Smokovec. The trip takes about 25 minutes and offers beautiful panoramic views of the High Tatras.
After getting off at the Starý Smokovec station, it’s only about a 5-minute walk to Chamois Apartments.
During your stay, you can also use the Tatra Electric Railway for day trips. It connects Starý Smokovec, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso, and other Tatra villages, so you can easily get to hiking or skiing destinations without a car.
The nearest airport is Poprad-Tatry Airport, which is approximately 15 kilometers from Chamois Apartments.
We offer our guests an airport transfer service, through which we’ll pick you up directly at the airport upon arrival and safely take you to the apartment. You don’t have to worry about taxis, transfers, or schedules—we’ll take care of everything for you.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send you all the necessary information. Before your arrival, complete the online check-in, and on the day of your arrival, you’ll receive a unique PIN code that will grant you access to the building and your apartment.
