Tatranská Lomnica Ski Resort is a modern ski complex offering the highest and longest ski slopes in Slovakia. It is known for its diversity and its ability to satisfy everyone, from beginners to professional skiers. The resort stretches along the slopes of a Lomnica peak and combines excellent skiing opportunities with beautiful mountain scenery.
The resort features a total of 12 ski slopes with a total length of 12.5 km. Beginners and families with children will enjoy the wide and gentle slopes on Buková Hora, while advanced skiers will appreciate the more demanding red and black runs. The main attraction is the legendary slope from Lomnické sedlo at an altitude of 2,190 m above sea level, which is the steepest and most challenging slope in the High Tatras.
Skiers can use modern gondolas and chairlifts. The newest 15-person gondola to Skalnaté Pleso is unique in Slovakia. The slopes are regularly snowed and maintained, ensuring excellent conditions throughout the season. In addition to ski slopes, there is also a snowpark for snowboarders and freeskiers.

Its biggest year-round attraction is the cable car to Lomnický Peak, which takes visitors to an altitude of 2,634 m above sea level with breathtaking panoramic views. It is an experience you should not miss. At Lomnický Peak, you can also visit the Observatory, where you can learn more about astronomical and meteorological research.
You can also visit the TANAP Museum, which introduces the history and nature of the Tatra National Park, the Ski Museum, focused on the history of skiing in the Tatras, or discover the rich alpine flora in the botanical garden Exposition of Tatra Nature.
During summer, Tatranská Lomnica becomes a starting point for many hiking trails. Visitors looking for adrenaline can enjoy the bobsleigh track. It is an ideal destination for a full-day adventure.
